I was given a cork box for a gift and needed to change the name and date on it and Cory and Aaron responded to multiple emails and requests from me and even when we discovered they no longer had the size I needed, they ordered it and got my design proof sent to me and cut the size to exactly what I needed and got it to me in a timely manner!
